The purpose of this study is to understand the influence between leadership style, organizational culture, and self-concept on trainers’ performance at Vocational Training Institutions in Batam. These factors are contributing a lot successive students, trainers, institutions. However, only gives framework trainers. Improving will lead improvement training or educational operation. Some methods such as interviews, observations questionnaires were used collect data. There 82 trainers selected respondents fill questionnaires, data obtained analyzed using SPSS program. Statistical test prerequisite analytical tests, t-test, F-test, multiple linear regressions, coefficients determination. results give conclusion that there significant effect correlation styles, cultures,
